Recently, talking about rock with a group of rebellious kids, between 13 and 15 years old, boys and girls; because of a DIO t-shirt (not God, far, very far from that) one of them was wearing. This girl asked me if I preferred DIO or Ozzy. And I answered Ozzy. Because in the time when DIO was the singer of Black Sabbath, bands were already recording rock tributes, like Native in Black, as if Sabbath was already dead. And Black Sabbath was only considered reborn when Ozzy came back. Just that simple. Nobody liked DIO as the vocalist. Signs of other times. Other rocks.

But it happened that I listened to the so-called DIO, and I realized that it is something that pleases those who are just starting to listen to rock. Then I played a 1981 album by Pretenders. My first musical memories. And exactly the opposite happened. It wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear. So, I played a 2020 album. Well, then... this way... this is it. And how happy I am to have musical bands that grew old with me, in their musical work. And I was obsessed with this woman when I was a kid. And, let's face it together, I still am. The worship from top to bottom...
