2012 . COURSE FOR THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY:
PRINTING AND STAMPING WITH EXPANDED GAMUT COLORS
My greatest specialty, the one that only I know.
These images are from the promotion of the course that today is called the Expanded Gamut Color System.
I called it Polychromy. It was different from Four-color printing (CMYK). And different from the now-extinct Hexachromy.
In fact, the world, both textile and other rotational printing processes like Flexography and Rotogravure, abandoned this process.
I stopped working in the field 15 years ago. I thought it would take 5 years for Brazilian industrialists to get their heads in the right place.
To my surprise, they chose to bankrupt the textile sector and lose power. That's how business works: if it doesn't make a profit, better that it doesn't exist.
And here we are, waiting for someone to invest in the field... maybe the Chinese... maybe the Russians... maybe the Iranians... maybe the BRICS...
